Introduction
We built this UV lamp for one reason: to handle the toughest industrial sterilization jobs. It’s all about delivering a hard-hitting blast of energy that wipes out microbes fast—exactly what you need when your production line can’t afford to slow down.
The Power Behind the Process
Here’s the thing. We designed this to run on 400V, which lets us pack a serious punch into a compact 300mm frame. That means you get a ton of power without needing a ton of space. At 2500W, it heats up almost instantly and then holds steady. No more watching your cycle times drift. Just consistent, reliable output. And because it’s only 300mm long, it slips right into those tight spots and focused zones without you having to rework your whole setup.
Built to Last
We went with a halogen-filled UV quartz tube. Why? Because it keeps the output stable and stops the lamp from burning out too soon. That internal halogen cycle fights off blackening, so the light stays strong, run after run. We also added a shortwave coating that zeroes in on the germicidal band. That’s the sweet spot for killing germs effectively. And for the install? The R7s connector is a direct, drop-in fit for standard sockets. You wire it up in minutes, and maintenance is a breeze.
What It Means for You
This lamp is for when you need serious sterilization power, fast. It’s a workhorse. Just remember, with this much power, it needs proper cooling. Plan for good airflow around the lamp in your machine layout. Do that, and you get a rugged, easy-to-maintain lamp that swaps in quickly and holds its output steady. So your process stays in control, and you can stop worrying about downtime.
