Getting the power right
It all comes down to photons. If you aren’t hitting your inks and coatings with the right wavelength, nothing happens. Whether you’re using LED-UV or old-school mercury vapor, the power needs to be steady. There’s nothing worse than pulling a sheet off the line and finding “soft spots” on the edges because the light dropped off. If your bed is 600mm wide, we make sure it’s cured 600mm wide. No tacky edges. No reprints.
It just fits
You don’t want to spend your weekend rewiring a control cabinet. You just want the lamp to work. That’s why we design these as drop-in replacements. We use standard industrial connectors and housings that can actually handle a shop environment—meaning they can take a hit and keep running. And we don’t ignore the heat. High-output lamps get hot. Really hot. If your conveyor moves slowly, that heat can warp your materials. We’ve built in cooling that keeps your substrates flat and your prints clean.
The deal on customization
Usually, “custom” is code for “expensive and takes six months to ship.” We do things differently. We’ve standardized the chassis to keep the price low, but we let you tweak the length and the electrical specs. Here is the catch: you have to be spot on with your measurements. If your mounting brackets are off by even 5mm, the lamp isn’t going to seat. We provide the heavy-duty hardware, but the final fit depends on your shop’s mechanical accuracy. Measure twice, order once.
